Hf RETURN POLICY

All returned item(s) should be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and packaged in their original packaging with ALL tags attached. Return item(s) must be accompanied by both the return form and a Return Merchandise Authorisation number.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • All on-sale items
  • All vintage items
  • Intimates, bodysuits or swimsuits
  • Pierced jewelleries
  • Hair accessories
  • Any items marked non-returnable

**Please note we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Hokkfabrica.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

RETURN PROCEDURE

1. OBTAIN A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORISATION (RMA) NUMBER

FOR Hf ACCOUNT HOLDERS

Making a return is easy. Simply login to your HOKK fabrica personal account and fill in the Return Form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Select the item(s) you wish to return from your order(s). Once submitted, our Hf service team will get in touch with you within 24 hours. (Please do not include non-returnable items listed above as we may reject your return request)

2. SEND US YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT

Upon receiving the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number, please write it down as you'll need it to complete your Return Form. Fill out the Return Form included with your order. (You are advised to fill in all required information on the Return Form. We may not process your return request if it is incomplete or has been filled in improperly. )

Enclose the Return Form with the item(s) you wish to return. Pack the item(s) and ship them back to us. We recommend using a carrier that provided tracking, as HOKK fabrica is not responsible for any lost shipments.

We are not responsible for return shipping fees unless the item(s) is defective or has been delivered mistakenly. All return shipping fees must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns.

ORDERS FROM HONG KONG AND ASIA PACIFIC CATEGORY

All return shipment should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

ORDERS FROM REST OF WORLD CATEGORY

All returns should be sent back to us within 30 days starting of receiving the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
**Please refer to the SHIPPING OPTIONS page if you're unsure of which category your order belongs to.

3. RETURN PROCESSING

Once the return item(s) is received, we will verify its condition and notify you with a Confirmation of Return email within 48 hours. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. If you are not notified 14 days after you have posted the package, please Contact Us.

4. REFUND

Your refund will either be issued to the original credit card used to place the order, or as HOKK fabrica store credit. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless your items are faulty.All customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.Please note that a refund usually needs 7 to 10 working days to process and may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your monthly bank statement.

RETURNS FOR ORDERS USING OUR E-GIFT CARD

To make a return on purchase(s) where a HOKK fabrica e-Gift Card is used, simply follow the same return process as other return(s). However, please note that the form of refund would be different. Upon confirmation of return, the refund will be made in the form of a new e-Gift Card sent to the original recipient's email address. Such e-Gift card would have been credited with the amount of the purchased price of your returned items.
