Track Your Order
If you are registered with HOKK fabrica, you can always follow the progress of your delivery by signing into My Account on HOKK fabrica. Under My Orders section, you can view your recent order and the past order history. Under "Order Status ", if your order shows "PROCESSING", our warehouse is processing it. Once your order has been successfully processed, you will see "SHIPPED" as your order status with the tracking number.
CHANGE OR CANEL YOUR ORDER
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.If you need to make any amendments, please call customer care on +852 25108165 (HK) for assistance or email us at [email protected] (please include your order number under email subject)
However, you should be aware that once our warehouse has processed the order, we are unable to make any changes.
